Surprise your significant other with a light and exquisite appetizer.
You will need:
- Red caviar IKURA #1 — 100 g

- Zucchini — 1 pc
- Cream cheese — 150 g
- Fresh herbs (dill, parsley)
- Olive oil — 1 tbsp
- Salt, pepper — to taste
How to prepare:
1. Slice the zucchini into thin strips and grill them.
2. Let the strips cool, then spread cream cheese on them.
3. Add the caviar, sprinkle with herbs, and roll them up.
4. Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving.
Garnish the dish with fresh herbs or serve on a festive plate decorated with rose petals.
